Wet layup, mold making, and fifteen printed tooling parts. I build the thing, not just the file.

A 180° friction hinge, an aluminum extrusion chassis, and a rotary encoder that tracks a thumb with no lag.

Twenty-one people in a full-scale rig, blind-testing two backs. The result changed the shell.

The Army showed me that equipment fails when people are tired, stressed or rushed, so the operator always comes first. I ground hardware in how people actually behave and prototype until it holds up. As a Design Bloc TA, I’ve helped 80+ students do the same.
